Albion Kids Show is a mobile play resource based in Hackney where children can learn through safe, exciting, stimulating and imaginative activities with an emphasis on non-competitive games. We play with children wherever we are asked to by our user groups. We take our activities to children between the ages of 0 and 18, of all abilities, ethnic origins and cultural backgrounds.

We also help with setting up new play initiatives and we support community groups involved in play.
AIMS and OBJECTIVES:
Children of all ages need to play - it's the way they learn to get the best out of life, to develop their ideas, to get on with others and to try out new activities and experiences. The inner-city environment can be pretty bleak and play can often be inappropriate and dangerous.

Albion Kids Show aims to counteract these constraints by promoting new ideas and adapting traditional ones. We do not try to dictate how children should play; we provide facilities and activities so that children can have the opportunity to learn and develop new skills and have fun in a safe environment.

EQUAL OPPORTUNITIES and WORKING PRACTICE:
We aim to create a safe environment which is free from racism, sexism, and other forms of discrimination, by promoting anti-sexist, anti-racist and multi-cultural activities through play, music, dance, stories, language and other positive material.
